Mark Mailler

All your things belong to me, 2017

Mark’s practice explores the dialogue between the physical world and online landscapes. As contemporary digital platforms are being inhabited to greater degrees, our desire to manifest a presence (data) becomes more evident. Through this constant occupying of the virtual realm, the growth of readily available data becomes easier to access and manipulate. It is the inherent poetics of attaining, re-interpreting and revaluation of visual and cultural information from both the physical and digital world that becomes of interest to Mark’s practice.
